The data controller is Slaeb, registered with the Fort de France Trade and Companies Register under number 913 980 975 R.C.S, with its registered office in Le Marin, Martinique (hereinafter referred to as "We").

IV / Personal data collected
When browsing on slaeb's website www.slaeb.com, various personal data about users is collected.
The personal data collected on the Slaeb website are the following: First names, Last names, Email address, Phone number.
This data is collected when the user performs one of the following operations on the site when the user completes our registration form.
The data controller will store all data collected in the site's IT systems under reasonable security conditions for a period of 2 years for customer registration data, 13 months for data captured by visit analysis cookies: 13 months.
No additional data is collected without informing you in advance.

Slaeb's applications integrate artificial intelligence (AI) features to improve user experience and automate certain tasks. These features include:
- AI Sales Agent Automation within the Slaeb CRM module — including lead qualification, message drafting, and automated sales opportunity follow-up;
- Smart Suggestions within the HRMS (Human Resources) module — including employee management assistance, performance analysis, and HR recommendations;
- Document and Report Generation, enabling the automated creation of structured content from your business data.
AI-generated content within Slaeb applications is clearly identified as such in the user interface.
12.2 AI Service Providers
To power these features, Slaeb uses the following third-party services:
- Microsoft Azure AI Services — used for natural language processing, data analysis, and workflow automation. Data processed through this service is subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Microsoft Azure's data processing terms.
- OpenAI (GPT language models) — used for natural language processing, data analysis, and workflow automation. Data processed through this service is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Slaeb uses these services as a data processor and has entered into data processing agreements with each provider in compliance with GDPR requirements.
12.3 Data Processed by AI Services
When using AI-powered features, certain data entered into the Slaeb platform may be transmitted to the above providers in order to generate responses or automate tasks. This data may include: contact and lead information, employee-related data, and business content entered into the platform.
Slaeb transmits only the data strictly necessary for the requested feature. Your data is not used by these providers to train their AI models without your explicit consent.
12.4 Human Oversight and Accountability
Slaeb does not use AI to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users without human oversight. All significant decisions remain under the control of your teams. Slaeb remains responsible for any AI-generated content within its applications.
12.5 Compliance with the EU AI Act
Slaeb is committed to complying with the requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), including transparency obligations, user information requirements, and the prohibition of non-compliant high-risk systems. Our use of AI is designed to remain under human control and deliver measurable value to our users.
