Most teams are live within 2 weeks. Week one covers data import (employees, contracts, leave balances) and configuration of your leave types and approval workflows. Week two is rollout to your team with bilingual onboarding materials. For teams of 30+, we extend to 3 weeks to include skill matrix setup and historic salary import.
Slaeb can export HR data such as leave, absence, and salary changes in a clean, structured format to support payroll processing.
CSV exports are available on demand, and API integrations with payroll providers (such as Silae, Sage Paie, Cegid, or PayFit) can be considered based on customer needs.
Slaeb does not process payroll directly. Instead, it helps ensure payroll teams have accurate, up-to-date HR data through structured exports and access to relevant information.
Finance and HR teams can also use guest access to view the data they need, while payslips and related documents are automatically stored and organised within the platform.
