The Slaeb founding team comes from business transformation and process architecture, Quality and HSE, continuous improvement, facade engineering, IT and cybersecurity, and aerospace maintenance. Different industries, different roles, same daily reality: ISO audits in one window, CRM spreadsheets in another, HR paperwork by email, project data somewhere else entirely. The tools existed. They just never talked to each other. We built Slaeb to fix that.
Watching businesses across Martinique, Guadeloupe and the wider Caribbean operate with the same fragmentation, but with even fewer options. No existing tool served this market properly.
