Yes. We support CSV import from any CRM as a baseline, and direct API migration from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, and Freshsales. The migration covers:

No setup fees, no migration fees, no contract minimums beyond 12 months.

You control the handoff rules. By default, the AI hands off when:

  • The lead reaches the Need-Payoff stage (qualified, ready to talk pricing)
  • The lead explicitly asks to speak to a human
  • The AI detects a complex objection outside its training scope
  • The conversation hits a configurable trigger (deal value, specific keywords, custom signals)
